Volunteer Hours: Parents are required to complete 10 hours of volunteer service throughout the year, which must be logged in the school office with PTO. Parents will be invoiced June 1 st, 2009 for incomplete hours at a rate of $10.00/hour for any incomplete hours by May 31, 2009.

A $25 fee will apply for all returned checks.

There will be no discounts for KG-8th Tuition based on sibling enrollment in PS-PK.

New students that are not accepted due to lack of fulfillment of admission policy requirements will receive refunds on all charges except Entrance Exam Fee provided they have not attended classes.

OCS reserves the right to impose appropriate penalties in those situations where delinquent tuition problems exist. These may include, but are not limited to denial of re-enrollment, suspension of students, not allowing
